ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Global Mobility Specialist in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, or Kyiv.
Job Responsibility:
Manage official employment and termination processes for the company’s entities in various locations, ensuring full compliance with local labour laws
Prepare and coordinate documentation for visas, work permits, and residence permits
support employees throughout the legalization process
Provide consultations on international taxation, double taxation, social security matters, and support C2C calculations
Ensure ongoing compliance of the company’s international entities with local labour and immigration laws.
Partner with HR, Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders to resolve issues related to the Global Mobility area
Track case statuses, prepare reports, analyze trends, and deliver insights on process efficiency, risks, and required improvements
Develop and maintain the internal knowledge base, policies, and process documentation related to the Global Mobility area
Conduct research and prepare materials on immigration, taxation, employment, and compliance topics across different countries
Serve as a primary point of contact for managers, HRs, recruiters, and employees on matters related to the Global Mobility area
Manage relationships with external vendors (immigration lawyers, tax consultants, CPAs) and support onboarding of new vendors
Continuously monitor changes in international immigration, employment, and tax legislation and update internal guidance accordingly
Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall experience for employees and stakeholders
Perform additional Global Mobility and compliance-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Law, International Employment, or other cross‑border compliance fields
Knowledge of immigration policies and procedures pertaining to work permits, visas, and residence permits
Understanding of IT services principles and specifics
Basic understanding of international taxation, social security rules, and C2C calculations, as well as how these impact employee compensation across different countries
Great communicational skills
Understanding of commonly used office and collaboration tools (Jira, Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Workday)
Bachelor/Master’s degree in MA in Law, International Economics, and International affairs
Strong team player, adaptable and flexible with the ability to work across cultures and regions
