Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a trusted advisor facilitating the seamless movement of talent across the company, supporting both business objectives and client needs through best-in-class global mobility services
  • Enable employee mobility aligned to global business and talent strategies
  • Proactively engage with the business to identify mobility needs and solutions
  • Support planning and pursuit phases, including cost projections and mobility considerations for bids
  • Educate leaders on GM Program and policies
  • Ensure the employee experience remains central to all mobility decisions
  • Partner with Talent and SPO teams to integrate international assignment opportunities into talent planning
  • Develop business cases and costings to support GM initiatives
  • Act as the key advisor for managers, employees, and People partners on international transfer matters
  • Oversee end-to-end employee moves, including package review, cost projections, assignment letters, shadow payroll, and pre-departure briefings
  • Use mobility technology to report and analyze trends to inform improvements and planning
  • Coordinate with the MSP on relocation logistics (tax, visas, relocation)
  • Manage vendor performance to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to global immigration, tax, and employment regulations
  • Interpret vendor-led technical advice and translate implications for the business
  • Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Travel, and other enabling functions to maintain compliant and efficient processes
  • Serve as custodian of the business' Global Mobility Program policies, ensuring fair, consistent application
  • Act as GBA point of contact for policy questions and future program updates
  • Identify policy trends, develop training, and support leaders in applying correct transfer types
  • Analyze themes and recommend improvements to policies and processes
  • Contribute to mobility process design, workflow optimization, and project delivery
  • Develop guides and materials to simplify people move processes
  • Deliver training and briefings to address knowledge gaps within the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Post Graduate or other relevant qualification desired
  • Minimum 5 years' Global Mobility experience
  • Subject-matter expert in global mobility and associated compliance areas
  • Strong understanding of global tax and social security
  • Proven experience managing senior internal stakeholders
  • Collaborative, proactive team player with strong adaptability
  • Ability to analyse mobility data to inform decision-making and strategy
  • Skilled at translating complex technical advice into clear business guidance
