Global mobility is a key part of this journey, and we are now looking for a Global Mobility Specialist to help us further develop and operate this area. In this role, you will work hands-on with cross-border mobility cases while contributing to the continued shaping of Legora’s global mobility framework, processes, and ways of working. You will collaborate closely with People Operations, leaders, Finance, Legal, and external partners to ensure compliant, smooth, and employee-friendly mobility across markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end global mobility cases, including relocations, secondments, and short- and long-term international assignments
  • Own the administrative and operational execution of mobility cases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience
  • Advise People Partners, leaders, and employees on mobility-related questions, providing clear guidance aligned with policies, best practices, and business needs
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors (relocation, immigration, tax advisors) to ensure effective delivery and follow-up
  • Monitor changes in immigration, tax, and social security regulations and assess potential impacts on Legora’s mobility setup
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of global mobility policies, processes, and guidelines to support a growing organization
  • Maintain mobility data and reporting to support transparency, insights, and informed decision-making

Requirements

  • Have hands-on experience in global mobility, international assignments, or cross-border employment
  • Have experience from an international organization, scale-up, or advisory/consulting environment
  • Are comfortable owning both case work and administrative processes end-to-end
  • Communicate clearly and build trust with employees and stakeholders across functions and levels
