Global Mobility Manager – Permanent. Any GTUK location - Hybrid working. The Global Mobility team forms part of the firm’s Talent & Recruitment (resourcing) function and is responsible for enabling international working opportunities and supporting the movement of global talent across the GTIL member firm network. The team ensures that global mobility activity is delivered effectively, compliantly and in a way that enhances both business outcomes and employee experience. As a Global Mobility Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and leading the firm’s global mobility offering.
Job Responsibility
Designs, leads and continuously improves global mobility programmes that support business objectives and sustainable organisational growth
Oversees and continuously improves the delivery of global mobility support, ensuring a high-quality, efficient and compliant service across all activity
Consistently engages with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide commercially focused mobility solutions
Provides oversight and direction to ensure a high-quality, efficient and compliant global mobility service.
Requirements
Significant experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, Resourcing or a related People function, including experience with working with specialists around the taxation requirements for international assignees.
Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders in a complex organisation
Strong knowledge of UK immigration rules and procedure related to the usual employer visa routes (e.g. Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, EU Settled Status, Dependants, Youth Mobility etc.)
