Management and organization of departmental documentation and databases
Support in the management and acquisition of visas required by different business areas
Support in communication with employees and internal departments
Review and maintenance of the quality of information recorded in HR systems related to employee mobility
Support functions in international mobility, including assignment agreements, international taxation, and social security compliance for international assignments
Requirements
Bachelor degree in International relations, Tourism, Human Resources or similar
Proficiency level in English and Spanish is needed (C1)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, creative and dinamic profile is required
