ELEKS Human Capital Administration is looking for a Global Mobility Coordinator in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil or Kyiv.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and coordinate legal employment processes for international employees, including preparation and handling of all required documentation
Support visa, work permit, and other immigration-related processes for employees and, where applicable, their family members
Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle, namely employment changes, and termination processes.
Participate in compensation and engagement structure calculations (C2C), including taxes, social contributions, and other employment-related costs, and support alignment with relevant stakeholders
Provide basic explanations of international taxation concepts, including double taxation and tax implications of cross-border employment arrangements
Ensure accuracy of employee data and verify all documents required for immigration, employment, and termination processes
Conduct consultations with employees regarding immigration, employment, and related administrative or tax processes, and assist with application forms when needed
Provide employees with clear information about immigration and employment processes, requirements, and next steps
Track and maintain case statuses in internal systems (e.g., Jira, Workday, and other databases).
Prepare and monitor expense reporting related to immigration, employment, termination, and related legal or administrative costs
Ensure regular communication with stakeholders regarding case progress and key process updates.
Support international employment arrangements, including short-term assignments and other cross-border employment structures
Provide necessary data for payroll, taxation, and social security setup as well as employee termination processes.
Communicate company policies, immigration requirements, and tax implications related to international employment to employees and stakeholders
Oversee immigration and visa operations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Support compliance-related matters, including cross-border taxation, social security, immigration, onboarding, and termination processes
Act as the main point of contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders on immigration, employment, and termination-related matters
Collaborate with Accounting and Legal teams to resolve issues related to employment setup, immigration, onboarding, and termination processes
Monitor changes in immigration, labor, and tax legislation and ensure processes are updated accordingly.
Identify gaps in current employment, immigration, and termination processes and proactively propose and implement improvements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal policies, tools, and workflows related to employment and immigration processes
Perform other duties related to employment, immigration, and termination processes as assigned
Requirements:
Experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Law, International Employment, or other cross‑border compliance fields
Experience working with documentation and/or international teams is a plus
Interest in global mobility, immigration, and international processes
Basic understanding of immigration processes (work permits, visas, residence permits) or strong willingness to learn
Basic understanding of international taxation, social security rules, and C2C calculations, as well as how these impact employee compensation across different countries
Understanding of commonly used office and collaboration tools (Jira, Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Workday
Вachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law, International Economics, International Relations, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken)
