Job Description:

Glean is seeking a Global Mobility & Operations Specialist to support U.S. immigration and benefits administration while helping scale our global mobility operations. This is a hands-on execution role focused on compliance, employee experience, HR systems, and building scalable processes as the company continues to grow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and support U.S. employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, O-1, J-1, OPT/STEM, extensions), partnering closely with external immigration counsel and serving as the primary point of contact for employee immigration and work authorization matters
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. immigration and benefits laws and company policies by maintaining accurate employee data, documentation, and reporting across HRIS and ticketing systems
  • Build, document, and continuously improve SOPs, workflows, and policies to support scalable immigration, global mobility, and benefits operations
  • Support U.S. benefits administration by partnering with external benefits administrators on open enrollment, new hire setup, and ongoing employee benefit inquiries

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting U.S. immigration and benefits administration
  • Working knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and U.S. benefits regulations
  • Experience using HRIS platforms, benefits systems, and ticketing tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, independently manage multiple workstreams, and confidently respond to a high volume of immigration-related questions
