The Global Markets Project Manager will lead complex projects in the financial services sector, requiring over 10 years of experience in project management and global markets. The role involves collaboration across departments, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring timely project delivery. Job Responsibility:
Lead efforts to integrate FICC and Equities securities lending businesses
Collaborate with technology and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of 2026 milestones
Support build-out of a simplified margin settlement workflow leveraging Operational Payment Netting (OPN)
Coordinate enhancements to margin calculations and ensure alignment with Risk & Capital requirements and model validation reviews
Monitor dependencies such as client onboarding and key dependencies within other programs
Manage creation of program materials to report on progress to Steering Council and Operating Council
Maintain JIRA deliverables, track milestones, and oversee both technical and non-technical deliveries
Support management of program financials, including addressing oversubscription risks, tracking and reporting of program benefits
Ensure timely completion of BRDs, Development, UAT, and go-live activities for 2026 deliverables
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Global Markets, Capital Markets, and/or Financial Services Project Management role
Minimum 5 years' experience in stakeholder management experience engaging stakeholders across functions (e.g. Risk, Capital, Legal, Technology, Operations, Sales/Trading)
