Position RBC is offering a unique internship opportunity to spend 3 -6 months with a start date of June – September 2026 in our Frankfurt office. As a Summer Intern – Equities Sales, you will have a chance to apply your academic knowledge to practical financial experience. Your responsibilities will include supporting senior colleagues with research, evaluation, and preparatory work, monitoring markets, developing trade ideas, and learning about the products offered to clients.
Job Responsibility:
Gain a good understanding of Equities sales role
Develop knowledge of client needs and requirements
Support teams with internal and external projects, note taking, daily call, preparing market/news run-down on recent news events and research
Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders
Complete ad hoc projects and duties as required
Complete classroom-based training and e-learning modules as instructed
Establish working relationships with colleagues and peers across all European offices
Requirements:
Strong academic education
with graduation date from January 2027 to January 2028
Fluency in English and German
Strong numerical, analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong interest in global financial markets
Knowledge of Global Markets environment
Enjoy and thrive in a collaborative environment
