Job Description:

The team provides comprehensive financial advisory, capital raising, financing and risk management services to corporations, governments and financial institutions worldwide. We take an integrated approach to client coverage, providing our clients with access to bankers who have industry and geography specific expertise across all investment banking products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide direct administrative and strategic support to senior executives
  • maintain IB annual planner and QUAD trackers
  • coordinate with other Chief of Staff teams on interlocking announcements
  • assist in coordinating the senior leadership team
  • assist in tracking key performance metrics
  • support ad hoc projects
  • utilize tools like Eagle One and Analytics One
  • design KPIs for client engagement
  • assist in preparation of client briefing memos
  • update client game plans
  • implement standardized framework for post meeting action tracking
