As the Global Marketplace & Emerging Channel Marketing Lead, you will shape and drive Resmed’s commercial growth across global marketplaces and emerging direct-to-consumer channels. This role sits within the Global Consumer Marketing organisation, partnering closely with regional eCommerce and market teams to unlock new sources of revenue and accelerate performance in evolving online ecosystems. You’ll lead the global strategy for marketplaces, affiliate marketing, and new digital commerce opportunities — developing scalable go-to-market frameworks, testing new growth models, and ensuring best-in-class performance. This is a commercially minded, hands-on role for a marketing leader who thrives on experimentation, optimisation, and measurable business impact.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and lead Resmed’s global marketing strategy for marketplaces and emerging channels — driving growth across platforms such as Amazon, Tmall, JD, Lazada, affiliate networks, and new digital retail collaborations
Identify and evaluate new and high-potential DTC opportunities to expand Resmed’s reach, awareness, and revenue
Partner with regional eCommerce, revenue, and market teams to build channel-specific go-to-market and campaign strategies
Define commercial goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure performance and ROI across all channels
Collaborate with brand, performance, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent consumer experience across ecosystems
Build global frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for marketplace and emerging channel marketing — including partner management, campaign models, content optimisation, and promotional strategy
Lead pilot programs and testing of new commerce models, identifying scalability opportunities and implementation paths for markets
Partner with markets to guide localisation, campaign execution, and ongoing performance optimisation
Develop global toolkits and learning libraries to accelerate knowledge sharing and speed to market
Manage relationships with platform partners, affiliate networks, agencies, and technology vendors to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality delivery
Partner with analytics teams to build dashboards and insights that drive data-led decisions and continuous performance improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
8+ years’ experience in digital marketing, marketplace management, or eCommerce growth
Proven success driving performance marketing or commercial outcomes in marketplace environments
Strong analytical mindset with experience in optimisation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
Experience building go-to-market strategies and playbooks for new or emerging channels
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing across global and local teams
Comfortable navigating complex, matrixed environments and balancing short-term results with long-term strategy
Experience in consumer technology, healthcare, or premium consumer goods preferred
