Job Description

We are seeking a creative thinker passionate about social media, marketing, and lead generation. The Global Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will oversee, strategize, plan, execute, and grow our global competitions for high-school students. This role involves managing different projects, overseeing online events, generating leads, leading marketing campaigns for the Global Business Development Team.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the development of Crimson Global BD Team’s Marketing strategy with a focus on increasing lead generation and conversion
  • Launching and managing thriving student communities across key social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for engagement, growth, and lead generation
  • Creating, editing, and managing high-quality content - text copy, graphic images, videos – in English for Social Media, Website Landing Pages, Email Marketing Campaigns
  • Sharing community insights, user-generated content, and feedback with internal teams to help shape product, content, and support decisions
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution and optimisation of global marketing, digital and growth campaigns
  • Generating event marketing ideas and owning marketing initiatives and automation to drive quality leads
  • Implement effective paid digital advertising strategies to attract qualified prospects with cost-effective strategies across Tiktok & Instagram

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years work experience in marketing or education consultancy
  • Experience in one or multiple areas of social media, marketing, growth, content, or community management, ideally with a Gen Z or student audience (ages 14–19)
  • Strong understanding of how to grow and manage a tiktok & LinkedIn business account to drive engagement and generate leads
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills — including video editing and graphic design
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign management
  • A strong sense of ownership – you’re not just looking for tasks to complete, but areas to take full responsibility for and grow

  • Manage our Indonesian X account: adapting global content, posting in real time around live moments, and engaging with the local community.
  • Translate and adapt global campaigns, promos, and announcements into Bahasa Indonesia — keeping the spirit of the content while making it land locally.
  • Write social copy that sounds like a real Indonesian person wrote it, not a translation tool.
  • Cover Indonesian peak social hours (evenings WIB) and respond to community messages and comments promptly.
  • Flag local cultural moments, sports events (Liga 1, EPL fandom, big derbies), and esports moments (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) where we should be showing up.
  • Report basic performance metrics weekly - follower growth, engagement, what's working and what isn't.
  • Work with our global team on KOL and creator partnerships in the Indonesian market.
