Austco Healthcare is looking for their first Global Marketing Manager to join their growing organisation. This role will be based onsite in Austco's Irving office. Some travel may be required. You will lead our worldwide marketing function, with an initial focus on North America, and help shape the next chapter of our growth. This is a brand new role, so there's plenty of scope for ownership. But you will be a team of one, so handling the granular with autonomy, building, and delivering need to excite you. We are looking for someone who can build market presence, create commercial momentum, and ensure the Austco brand is as strong globally as our technology already is. We're looking for a strategic operator. Someone who understands brand, demand, data, and commercial outcomes in equal measure. Someone who can see the big picture, but isn't afraid to get close to the detail when it matters. Job Responsibility:
Build our brand through research, conversations, and getting involved
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned to business growth priorities
Build brand awareness and market credibility across multiple international regions
Lead integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, PR, and strategic communication
Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends that influence business decisions
Partner closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to drive pipeline growth and market expansion
Manage budgets with discipline, measure ROI, and invest where impact is highest
Shape Austco's voice across media, market announcements, customer communications, and industry events
Work with People & Culture to grow Austco's global employee brand (EVP)
Build and lead a high-performing marketing function, including agency and vendor partners
Requirements:
Have led marketing functions that delivered real business growth
Know how to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial performance
Are confident influencing senior stakeholders and challenging thinking when needed
Understand segmentation, automation, digital performance, and customer journey optimisation
Can translate data into action and action into measurable outcomes
Are comfortable working across different cultures, regions, and business priorities
Know how to build teams, raise standards, and create accountability
Communicate with clarity, credibility, and purpose
