In this role, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing the global brand strategy for two of the most established hemostatic agents in our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will be responsible for driving global brand growth, lifecycle management, and strategic alignment across regions, while ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional and regional partners.
Job Responsibility:
Developing and executing global marketing strategies for TISSEEL and ARTISS, aligned with business objectives and regional needs
Leading initiatives to sustain and grow the brands through indication expansion, competitive differentiation, and innovation
Leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
Collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Market Access, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies
Supporting global launch planning for new indications or geographies, and drive best practice sharing across regions
Partnering with Medical and Regional teams to develop global KOL engagement plans and presence at key scientific congresses
Managing global brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical device marketing, preferably in a global or regional role
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have:
Knowledge of surgical hemostasis or biologics is a plus
