Job Description:

As a Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for running the Content Creation, Curation, and Syndication for Customer Lead Generation primarily for implementation of functional workflows and automation in diverse functional areas – HR, Finance, Administration, Operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to define and execute marketing strategies that supportbusiness objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement Lead Generation processes to streamline marketing approach and increase efficiency
  • Adopt a metrics-driven approach Market Research that is able to provide mature insights into our target audience
  • Manage marketing automation platforms, including CRM and marketing automation tools, to ensure they are optimized for lead generation and lead management
  • Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns to increase lead conversion rates and maximize revenue
  • Analyze and report on marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Development to ensure product messaging and positioning are aligned with customer needs and market trends
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure all marketing activities are executed on time and on budget

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on functional implementation, workflows, and automation
  • Strong independent research capabilities with an ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Experience in managing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
