Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies for Anti-Adhesion product- Seprafilm
  • Lead initiatives to sustain and grow the brands through indication expansion, competitive differentiation, and innovation
  • Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Market Access, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies
  • Support global launch planning for new indications or geographies, and drive best practice sharing across regions
  • Partner with Medical and Regional teams to develop global KOL engagement plans and presence at key scientific congresses
  • Manage global brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical device marketing, preferably in a global or regional role
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
