The Global Marketing Manager of Retail Strategy and Growth will play a pivotal role in defining, codifying, and syndicating best practices across Promotion, Pricing, and Menu. This role will focus on strengthening the company’s global retail discipline by identifying successful market executions, packaging them into actionable playbooks, and ensuring adoption through training, frameworks, and community engagement. The role requires a data-driven and collaborative marketer who can connect insights, creativity, and commercial impact, bridging global strategy with in-market execution.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline required
Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred
8+ years of experience in Marketing, Brand, Retail, or Commercial Strategy roles
QSR or CPG experience preferred, with strong understanding of pricing, promotion, and menu fundamentals
Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience leveraging insights to drive business decisions
Proven ability to build business cases, influence stakeholders, and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives
Excellent project management skills and a strong bias for action
Skilled in representing the voice of the customer and translating insights into commercial and marketing strategies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable operating in a global matrix
Nice to have:
