This is where creativity meets strategy. As a member of the Baxter Marketing team, you will work on designing, developing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies. You’ll leverage your expertise to present our life-sustaining and live-saving products and services to the relevant market sector. Working in collaboration with the sales and technical teams, there will be opportunity for learning, development and future career growth across a variety of fields within Baxter.

Job Responsibility

  • Developing and executing global marketing strategies for TISSEEL and ARTISS, aligned with business objectives and regional needs
  • Leading initiatives to sustain and grow the brands through indication expansion, competitive differentiation, and innovation
  • Leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Market Access, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies
  • Supporting global launch planning for new indications or geographies, and drive best practice sharing across regions
  • Partnering with Medical and Regional teams to develop global KOL engagement plans and presence at key scientific congresses
  • Managing global brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical device marketing, preferably in a global or regional role
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

Knowledge of surgical hemostasis or biologics is a plus
