The Global Marketing Manager – Beauty based in Singapore will play a key and strategic role achieving our ambition of doubling our business by crafting purposeful communication, spearheading disruptive science driven innovation and driving impactful business results. The role is responsible for the following beauty brands -Vaseline, Dove, Tresemme, Clear, Sunsilk, Shea Moisture Lifebuoy etc.
Job Responsibility:
Craft purposeful communication for our key seeding brands across global markets
Develop impactful innovations that led by claims supported by science
Create desirability for our brands by owning every part of the mix
Drive business results by implementing a Beauty driven financial growth model
Be the face of UI’s Beauty business with the Business Groups, Business Units and UI with C level, Brand Leads, and Internal UI teams
Lead a team and build the next layer of UI Beauty & Wellbeing leaders
