Lead cross-brand capability building for Innovation and Creative Excellence within Unilever Prestige, a leading global luxury beauty company. The role involves developing and embedding new marketing capabilities, partnering with CMI, upskilling marketers, and influencing teams to turn best practice into everyday practice across the Prestige portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Proven/ Established experience in global/central marketing, innovation, or marketing excellence roles within beauty/personal care or CPG
  • Proven track record in capability building: toolkits, training, and adoption across multiple markets
  • Strong New Product Development knowledge and creative development experience (briefing, judging, content optimization)
  • Hands-on with social listening tools and creative evaluation frameworks
