Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Marketing Management Assistant to support the execution of global marketing initiatives within the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery business. This role will contribute to product launches, marketing asset management, international event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent execution across global markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Support global product launches and lifecycle management activities
  • Prepare materials for business reviews, strategic planning, and commercial initiatives
  • Coordinate product-related documentation, samples, and field support requests
  • Assist in developing sales tools and product messaging
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment
  • Coordinate the development, review, and deployment of marketing materials
  • Manage internal approval workflows involving Legal, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory teams
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all markets
  • Maintain centralized repositories of marketing collateral
  • Support localization and adaptation of assets for international audiences
  • Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time
  • Coordinate logistics for international congresses and educational programs
  • Manage timelines, shipping, vendors, and event materials
  • Ensure readiness and high-quality execution at global events
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure seamless delivery
  • Align cross-functional and cross-regional teams on priorities and timelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or commercial support roles
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in event planning and execution
  • Experience working in global or cross-functional environments preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exposure to marketing asset development and approval processes
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors or agencies is an advantage
  • Fluent in Portuguese (Required)
