  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales leadership, enterprise sales specialists, product marketing, legal/compliance, and external agency partners to ensure tight alignment between marketing activations and sales enablement priorities
  • Content & Experience Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and executive speakers to develop high-impact executive experiences, including thought leadership content, product demos, peer-to-peer networking formats, and account-specific materials
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present program strategies, pipeline results, and optimization recommendations to leadership through executive readouts, MBRs, and cross-functional forums
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitive sponsorship landscapes, emerging executive engagement formats, and enterprise marketing trends to continuously elevate program quality and differentiation

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a significant focus on enterprise marketing, executive engagement, and/or experiential/sponsorship marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale executive programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes (ability to demonstrate $50M+ in influenced pipeline)
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and the ability to build programs that accelerate deals at each stage, from awareness through commitment
  • Experience managing premium hospitality or sponsorship activations involving C-suite audiences, including logistics, compliance, vendor coordination, and executive-level experience design
  • Experience operating in global, matrixed environments with multiple regional stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage 5+ complex, concurrent initiatives across geographies with minimal oversight
