Strategy & Business Development: Adapt, develop and support execution of the country’s commercial strategy by Business, in alignment with Country President (“CP”), Business Vice President, Country commercial stakeholders and Global Functions.
Lead in formulating the Strategy around the area covered by Strategy & Business Development Organization – Business Intelligence, Pricing & Commercial Policy and Commercial Excellence within the country.
Lead the preparation for Country QBR (Quarterly Business Review) and support Japan CP & Marketing / BD Director for smooth reporting
Lead Mid Term Growth Strategy Planning and Country AMSP (Annual Marketing & Sales Plan) process across business including the related sub initiatives such as Strategic Account Annual Target Plan, Cross Channel Annual Target plan and AMR (Annual Market Review, market sizing analysis)
Lead Commercial Excellence / Sale Efficiency improvement activities including CRM (Salesforce.com) improvement and utilization & Sales Incentive Plan
Formulate the strategy to drive growth in IoT platform across business by providing the enablement framework and platform
Global Marketing: Support the country sales and marketing team(s) in gaining market share within their countries through extending company's measured brand awareness and preference by delivering strategically sound and tactically superior communications.
Target relevant markets using all available and appropriate tools of the marketing mix with sound knowledge of Digital marketing, event, and PR.
Contribute to efficient lead generation management and strongly drive relevant ROI.
Continuously correct tactics and budget allocation according to the individual ROI of communication activities.

Implement agreed and effective Marcom Plan and Budget
Build our Brand Awareness and Meaning
Deliver a superior DCR (Digital Customer Relationship, Digital Customer Journey) experience and shape the growth in this space
Lead the Digital Sales and Marketing Transformation working with zone and Country Organization
Requirements:
10+ year experience on commercial experience (e.g. marketing, sales, business development is plus (B-to-B preferred)
2+ year experience at Supervisory Level
Strong leadership and interpersonal skill, influence and convince skill
Good knowledge of Digital Marketing

Project / Program Management experience: defining, developing, implementing, executing and managing
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) skills. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
Operational excellence mind-set and experience. Data driven. Excellent problem-solving skills. Adept at simplifying complexity and developing scalable propositions.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
