We are seeking a highly analytical, structured, and internationally minded Global Manager Amazon (f/m/d) to drive the performance, growth, and operational excellence of our Amazon business across all markets. In this cross divisional role, you will collaborate closely with local Sales Teams, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to optimize business performance and deliver a best in class customer experience. You will monitor global Amazon KPIs, identify growth potential, initiate assortment expansion, and ensure consistent brand presentation across marketplaces. With your data-driven mindset, you will translate insights into actionable strategies and support markets with standardized processes and clear communication.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain performance reports
Monitor and analyze Amazon performance on existing and new Amazon marketplaces and translate KPIs into actionable insights
Identify assortment expansion opportunities through market, competitor, and demand analysis
Optimize product content and Brand Stores to ensure brand consistency and conversion improvement
Coordinate global product launches across functions and support potential market expansions
Analyze and consolidate Amazon Advertising performance across countries and surface best practices
Collaborate closely with local Sales teams, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
Shape and improve cross-functional processes to increase operational efficiency
Enable and support stakeholders globally through clear communication, structured processes, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of proven experience in the above-mentioned areas
Proficient in using Amazon Vendor Central and related tools (AMVisor, JungleScout)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Structured, independent and proactive working style
Confident working in an intercultural setting with strong interpersonal competency
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Further languages (German, Spanish, French, Italian) are a plus
