Join our International Logistics Team. The International Logistics and Compliance team sits within our Business Operations division. Following continued international expansion, the team is growing to support the needs of our global customers across Asia‑Pacific and beyond. Based in Singapore, this role plays a critical part in supporting Softcat's international operations — combining logistics execution, supply chain management, and trade compliance to ensure goods and services move efficiently, compliantly, and reliably across borders.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate complex international shipments across APAC and globally, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to drive service quality and efficiency
Oversee end-to-end order management and fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams
Own trade compliance activities, including customs records, licences, and regulatory adherence
Act as an escalation point for critical issues and support continuous improvement across supply chain operations
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with exposure to international trade, customs, or compliance processes
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with confidence taking ownership in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, with experience engaging internal teams, external partners, and (ideally) regulatory bodies
Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and wider stakeholders
Solid IT skills, with the ability to use systems and data effectively
