The Lending Operations Analytics & Reporting Senior Analyst designs and develops management and business intelligence reporting, and partners closely with Core Operations to leverage this reporting in making business decisions and reducing risk across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with key stakeholders to design reporting capabilities that support operational teams in managing business volumes and senior leadership in understanding the health of the organization
Develop reporting solutions using dashboard visualization tools including Tableau to tell the story of how the organization is performing using key metrics and trends that enable proactive business decision making
Analyze and review current reporting inventory and procedures to identify and execute process improvement opportunities
Support the production and distribution of weekly and monthly critical metrics reporting globally including enhancements to senior leadership scorecards
Execute robust controls for management and operational reporting to ensure the highest data quality, accuracy of reporting and audit / regulatory readiness
Requirements:
4+ years of experience with designing and producing business intelligence reporting and analytics
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
Proficiency in designing, building and using visual dashboard tools including Tableau
Strong relationship management skills and comfort with engaging senior stakeholders
Excellent analytical ability to understand business and operational processes
Process improvement / re-engineering experience
Ability to manage simultaneous deliverables with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
