Oxford PharmaGenesis is looking for a Global Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Global HR Team. In this people-orientated role, you’ll provide key administrative support and help to ensure consistent, best practice coordination of inductions and company-wide learning activities. In this role, you’ll be the point of contact for stakeholders across our company, providing day-to-day coordination and support to the Global HR and Learning & Development (L&D) Teams. You’ll manage central email inboxes and help to ensure that colleagues receive a first-class, responsive service. You’ll arrange and schedule inductions and mandatory company-wide training, liaising with subject matter experts and stakeholders to plan sessions and to track completion. You’ll also support the use of the learning management system (LMS), including testing, first-line user support and troubleshooting. You will maintain accurate records for both teams, including trackers and learning logs.

Requirements
relevant experience supporting a busy HR or L&D team in an administrative capacity
excellent time management and organization skills, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information appropriately
strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel) and confidence working with systems, data and reporting
great communication and stakeholder management skills, with a diplomatic and customer service-orientated style
a flexible and agile approach, with a positive and motivated mindset
