As a Global Lean Production Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in driving global standardization and efficiency across production and maintenance processes within our international operations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and work with teams worldwide to implement best practices in Lean and Production systems. Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively monitoring our systems and network communications using security appliances
  • Identifying and addressing any security-related incidents with the assistance of other teams
  • Conducting periodic scans to uncover and address vulnerabilities in our systems and network infrastructure
  • Performing security assessments of our systems and network infrastructure
  • Performing technical research and POCs for security solutions
  • Continuous maintenance and troubleshooting of our security appliances to ensure optimal performance
  • Efficiently resolving security-related service tickets
  • Performing other security-related duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
  • Experience in Lean Production, Maintenance, or Operational Excellence
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and process optimization
  • Comfortable working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Readiness to Travel (up to 30%)
