Job Responsibility:

  • Execute and evolve our global payroll strategy, transitioning offshore payrolls to a centralized global platform
  • Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely processing and compliance with all reporting obligations
  • Lead major payroll transformation projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and harmonization initiatives
  • Drive process improvements to enhance scalability, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax laws, and social security requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Develop global payroll policies and controls, embedding best practices and mitigating risk
  • Partner with senior leadership to advise on payroll implications of policy changes and strategic decisions
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
