Job Description:

The role is focused on managing and guiding project implementation within the global IT framework. Responsibilities include providing training to business units, conducting project health checks, and ensuring compliance with IT governance controls.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the project implementation framework
  • Act as a subject matter expert in project and program management
  • Manage and update the tollgate project management framework
  • Guide IT functional leads and project managers through the tollgate process
  • Train and coach business units on project management processes
  • Ensure thorough requirements gathering and use case scenarios for all business processes
  • Ensure tollgate checkpoint deliverables are complete and up to standard
  • Identify risks in the overall project plan, requirements gathering, deliverables, resources, and timelines
  • Review and sign off on tollgate checkpoints to assure quality control
  • Conduct regular project health checks and provide guidance on any necessary corrective actions
  • Monitor all project products for compliance with our IT Governance controls and other regulatory requirements
  • Report consolidated program, portfolio, and project status to leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in Jira
  • Knowledge and understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Strong skills in Change Management
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS and its modules
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • Proficiency in using Tollgate methodology
  • Knowledge of Waterfall project management methodology
  • Extensive experience in IT project management
  • Experience in managing a PMO - Project Management Office
