Job Description:

Our client is a fast-growing multinational company seeking an IT Director to oversee internal IT operations, manage a sizable IT team, and lead digital transformation initiatives globally. Key responsibilities include IT strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and driving IT digitalization initiatives. Exposure to ERP, software development, and DevOps is preferred. Proven experience working with senior stakeholders is required.

Job Responsibility:

Providing thought leadership for the internal IT team
managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders
partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize demands
providing IT strategic planning and direction for the IT roadmap

Requirements:

10 years of managerial experience of a sizable team (at least 20 headcounts)
3 years of experience as an overall Head of IT/Technology covering Application/ERP and infrastructure
exposure to software development/DevOps and ERP
proven track record of engaging with C-level/senior stakeholders
