Job Description

We are seeking a Global IoT Service Partner who will ensure that VOIS global IoT customers receive an exceptional service experience. This role provides dedicated in‑life service consultancy to premium global clients, managing service performance, supporting service improvement initiatives, and acting as the primary service contact. It is ideal for individuals with strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer success within IoT environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the dedicated key contact for designated global IoT customers
  • Host remote customer service review meetings and capture follow-up actions
  • Provide reactive IoT technical service management to support customers’ in‑life operations
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives led by Account Managers or Global Service Managers
  • Review and provide input on new processes that impact customer-specific solutions
  • Represent Vodafone’s interests with customers and advocate for customers within Vodafone IoT Operations

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification required
  • Strong technical understanding relevant to IoT service delivery
  • Skilled in negotiations and communication
  • Analytical, organised, and able to interpret service-related data and insights
  • Educated to University/MA degree level
