The Global Inventory Analyst will be responsible for oversight and management of global 3PL inventory for ILIA Beauty. This role will be key in maintaining appropriate stock levels for multiple 3PLs and ensuring inventory is in the right place at the right time. We are seeking a highly effective, data driven, results oriented Inventory Analyst to provide a broad range of supply chain analysis needs and create & improve planning and process tools needed in inventory management
Job Responsibility:
Manage transfer of inventory between US and international 3PLs to maximize profits and reduce cost while minimizing out of stocks and overstocks
Oversee inventory movements in ERP & WMS systems
Partner with Supply Chain to publish weekly OOS list
Lead monthly fill rate analysis and collaborate with Sales Operations
Manage cycle counts & physical inventory counts
Oversee aging and expired inventory and partner with E-commerce to move thru dot com
Review safety stock quarterly to maintain healthy inventory position
Partner with Sales Operations Specialists to resolve inventory issues
Align with Sales, Customer Service and E-Commerce teams on stock availability
Collaborate with ILIA Beauty Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales Operations and Accounting teams on daily tasks and projects
Requirements:
3+ years of progressive experience in operations/supply chain analytical work
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Attention to detail along with strong organization and time management skills
Intermediate level skills in Excel and data analysis (e.g. INDEX MATCH, SUM PRODUCT, PIVOTS, DATA VALIDATION, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems and 3PL management
