Job Description:

We are seeking an Integration Architect to join our team and lead the integration of Invent’s core solutions into new client environments. You will be responsible for ensuring a fully operational E2E system is handed over to delivery teams, while designing and optimizing data integration architectures. You will work closely with client business and IT teams to define integration protocols and drive system performance improvements. Your role will involve mentoring integration consultants, streamlining delivery processes, and identifying new solutions to meet business and technical needs. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of cutting-edge integrations, working with advanced cloud and big data technologies to deliver impactful solutions for our enterprise customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement scalable big data integration solutions and necessary data transfer and ETL processes, streaming data workflows, and APIs customized to meet each customer’s data and business needs
  • Lead communication with client business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Oversee onboarding, system configuration, and data validation for new clients
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure effective integration and deployment of our product
  • Manage and oversee the initial onboarding process, including system configuration and health monitoring to ensure a smooth client setup
  • Optimize the performance of existing integrations to address evolving business requirements
  • Mentor integration consultants and junior developers, providing guidance, support, and expertise with coaching and implementing the orientation process
  • Develop new integration tools and frameworks to enhance data processing capabilities
  • Optimize data processing performance to ensure real-time insights and 99.9% system uptime
  • Identify and resolve scalability challenges in data-intensive environments
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes
  • Participate in customer meetings during pre-sales process, explaining integration strategies and system capabilities

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data integration, big data engineering, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Expertise in Python and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Databricks, Kafka)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps for CI/CD
  • Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration, automating tasks, and managing dependencies within data pipelines
  • Knowledge of distributed computing, high-throughput data pipelines, and real-time data processing
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on automation and optimization
  • Ability to bridge technical and business needs, ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Familiarity with retail supply chain operations, including inventory management and demand forecasting processes
