As Consumer Insights Director, USA, you’ll lead the consumer and shopper insights agenda for our USA Marketing team, helping brands grow by turning insight into action. This is a highly visible role where your thinking will influence brand strategy, innovation priorities and investment decisions. Working closely with USA and Global Brand teams, you’ll bring together consumer understanding, category context and marketing science to ensure our plans are grounded in what truly matters to people. Job Responsibility

  • Lead the consumer and shopper insights agenda for USA Marketing team

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant insights experience
  • Strong results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to turn insight into impact
  • Experience on the client-side, preferably from the beverage or spirits industry but not essential
  • Comfortable influencing at senior level
  • Analytical rigor
  • Curiosity about culture, trends and future behaviors
  • Collaborative working style
