We need a "Battle-Hardened" Implementer—someone who finds "structured" data boring and thrives in the complexity of global-scale transformations. Job Responsibility:
Drive Global Migration: Lead the end-to-end extraction, transformation, and validation for 9 European countries in the immediate wave
Lead a Specialized Team: Mentor and manage 5 direct reports, including an Automation Specialist and 4 Data Migration Specialists
Automation Leadership: Use SQL logic and tools like KNIME, Alteryx, or Python to fix workflows when the team gets stuck, ensuring migration happens at speed and scale
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the bridge between global design and local data stewards, translating complex Workday logic into actionable local understanding
Requirements:
At least two global end-to-end rollouts
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience building automations (scripts, macros, or ETL workflows)
Essential experience in Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors
