Job Description:

We aren't just moving data; we are re-architecting the global talent landscape. Randstad is currently migrating HR data from 63 legacy systems into a single, unified Workday instance across 39 countries. We need a "Battle-Hardened" Implementer—someone who finds "structured" data boring and thrives in the complexity of global-scale transformations. This is your opportunity to "make this your house," laying the sustainable groundwork for how the world’s largest talent company manages its people data.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Global Migration: Lead the end-to-end extraction, transformation, and validation for 9 European countries in the immediate wave
  • Lead a Specialized Team: Mentor and manage 5 direct reports, including an Automation Specialist and 4 Data Migration Specialists
  • Automation Leadership: Use SQL logic and tools like KNIME, Alteryx, or Python to fix workflows when the team gets stuck, ensuring migration happens at speed and scale
  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the bridge between global design and local data stewards, translating complex Workday logic into actionable local understanding

Requirements:

  • At least two global end-to-end rollouts
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience building automations (scripts, macros, or ETL workflows)
  • Essential experience in Workday, SAP, or SuccessFactors
