Job Responsibility

  • Act as a key HRIT owner for Workday, covering modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Payroll interfaces, or Integrations
  • Manage end-to-end HRIS lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Ensure system stability, data accuracy, security, and compliance with global and local requirements
  • Participate in or lead global / regional projects, including system rollouts, enhancements, country onboarding, and process standardization
  • Coordinate with global HR, local HR teams, IT, and external vendors (AMS / implementation partners)
  • Support change management, communication, and adoption activities across regions
  • Serve as a bridge between HR, IT, and business users, translating business needs into system solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and design discussions with global and local stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to leadership and project teams
  • Manage incidents, change requests (CR), and service requests (SR) in collaboration with AMS or internal IT teams
  • Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes through system capabilities, automation, and best practices
  • Support audits, data governance, and reporting requirements

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken/written English (CET6 / TOEIC 800 and above)
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS / HRIT roles, with strong focus on Workday or similar enterprise core HCM platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
  • Proven experience in global or multi-country HRIS projects (implementation, rollout, or optimization)
  • Hands-on experience with UAT coordination, requirements documentation, and vendor management
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/HR Management, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Fluent in spoken/written Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
  • Hands-on experience in consulting company to lead or participate Workday 0-1 implementation projects
  • Workday Certifications in any of the modules: Core HCM / Integration / Recruiting / Talent Personality
