Job Description:

Global HR Operations Partner is accountable for driving operational excellence across all operational processes globally. This role ensures consistent, compliant, and analytically robust HR operations across countries, while respecting local labor requirements and enabling leadership with clear, actionable HR insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and continuously improve end‑to‑end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle (hire‑to‑retire): onboarding, employee data management, changes, exits, and audits
  • Ensure global consistency of HR operations while enabling local execution aligned with country legislation
  • Act as the escalation point for complex operational and cross‑country HR cases
  • Design and centre of excellence for HR operational dashboards and analytics (headcount, movements, data quality, SLAs, compliance metrics)
  • Translate HR data into decision‑ready insights for HR leadership
  • Drive data accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness across systems
  • Maintain a clear HR governance model by country, including what is globally standardized, what is locally governed, and decision rights and escalation paths
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law, GDPR, and internal control requirements in partnership with Legal and local HR
  • Lead global HR process reviews and audits, ensuring documented controls and traceability
  • Support country HR teams with clear frameworks, guidance, and analytics
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure operational continuity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or Global HR roles within a multi‑country environment
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, dashboards, and data‑driven governance
  • Hands‑on experience operating across different labor law environments
  • Strong expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and KPI frameworks
  • Advanced capability with HRIS, Excel/BI tools, and structured data interpretation
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, audit requirements, and internal controls
  • Fluent German
  • English: fluent business proficiency
