Job Description

The position supports the Head of Group HR & People Operations in strategic and operational HR matters while deployed in the HR Department India- Delhi. The role ensures efficient execution of Group HR initiatives, coordination across HR streams globally, and provides high‑level organizational, analytical, and administrative support to Group HR headquarters and to the MED- Metal engineering division.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide end‑to‑end HR support to managers across the Global Organization/Functions
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development processes for the global functions
  • Support employee relations, conflict management, and labor‑law‑related matters in addition to the specific local HR responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Local HR and line managers to ensure alignment with Group HR policies
  • Coordinate and support global Group HR projects (e.g., talent management, leadership programs, capability development)
  • Act in addition to the Head of GHRPO, as the operational link between Group HR and local HR Departments
  • Prepare HR analytics, KPIs, and regular reporting for Group HR, MED and AG
  • Helps to optimize global HR processes in the entire Company
  • Helps to Organize and prepare the Global HR Meetings / Community / MS Teams Channels
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and local legislation
  • Coordinate communication and implementation of Group HR guidelines
  • Prepare presentations, briefing documents, decision papers, and meeting minutes
  • Organize and coordinate global meetings, workshops and communication
  • Handle confidential topics and strategic follow‑ups
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support HR strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources with 6–10 years of relevant experience supporting global HR functions in a multinational organization
  • 2–4 years of international exposure/experience is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create professional presentations and data-driven reports
  • Prior experience collaborating with international colleagues and cross‑cultural teams
  • A sharp eye for detail, especially in data accuracy, MIS preparation, and report generation
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with Group HR / Global HR Headquarters with a strong mindset for collaboration and alignment
