Job Description:

As part of our Global People & Culture team, you act as a strategic partner to Service Operations leadership across regions. You drive organizational design, change management, talent initiatives and KPI reporting, and you lead global P&C processes to ensure consistent execution in line with our strategy and standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the single point of contact and trusted Business Partner for the Service Operations management team
  • Consult leaders on organizational design, change management, talent management and employee engagement
  • Support PEx/FTE budget planning with functional controlling
  • monitor PEx development throughout the year
  • Establish, coordinate and continuously improve KPI reporting across relevant areas
  • Participate as a key counterpart in global P&C processes (development conferences, grading, budget cycles)
  • Lead global strategic P&C projects within Service Operations (e.g., Job Architecture implementation)
  • Collaborate closely with local P&C teams to ensure proper process execution
  • Advise business leaders on recruitment for senior management roles
  • Ensure adherence to global policies and standards across your area of responsibility

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (international environment)
  • Strong expertise in organizational design, change management and talent management
  • Experience with global HR frameworks (e.g., job architecture, grading systems)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • able to manage complex, strategic initiatives
  • Proficient in HR systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors) and advanced MS Excel
  • High level of business acumen
  • able to translate business needs into effective HR solutions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across cultures and organizational levels
  • Fluent English
