Collaborate closely with International Sales leadership team to develop and execute HR initiatives. Lead community of country HR Business Partners supporting General Managers worldwide. Foster high-performance culture, drive organizational efficiency, and enable business transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as trusted advisor to International Sales leadership team
  • Ensure implementation of strategic HR initiatives across International Sales
  • Ensure availability and development of relevant employee skills
