Job Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain global HR dashboards and standard reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity, compensation & benefits)
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses and derive actionable insights for management
  • Support HR Business Partners and leaders with workforce analytics to drive strategic HR planning
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency of KPIs across countries and entities
  • Administer and continuously improve the global HRIS systems
  • Manage system updates, testing, and integrations

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant experience in HR analytics or a related area
  • Proven working experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Business Intelligence, or similar
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP HRIS), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and advanced Excel skills (familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, data structure, principles and regulations
  • High attention to detail and strong data quality discipline
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Business fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
  • A fluency in German is an advantage
