Job Description

The Workplace Insights and Strategy Leader will be responsible for leveraging insights to understand business needs and develop strategies to deliver an effective workplace environment. This role combines qualitative and quantitative data to understand business and employee needs, workplace trends, and business dynamics.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver and champion Meta's new Flexible Workspaces program, rooted in data. Continue to refine the program to meet Meta’s evolving needs
  • Collaborate with the Global Workplace Services (GWS) Business Partners to understand and tailor the Flexible Workspaces program to tailor to each business group
  • Lead space forecasting based on organizational growth, team needs, and evolving work patterns
  • Evaluate and recommend scenarios to optimize office portfolios, own supply demand analysis, and support long-term real estate strategy
  • Build and own workplace analytics dashboards across occupancy, utilization, experience metrics, cost, and operational efficiency
  • Drive change management strategies and workflow/process changes
  • Collect, structure, and interpret data from sensors, booking systems, surveys, and operational tools to inform workplace decisions
  • Identify actionable insights to improve space efficiency, employee satisfaction, and workplace performance. Manage and modernize the CAFM system to best report this data
  • Partner with IT, Facilities, People Ops, Finance, and business leaders to deliver integrated workplace solutions
  • Evaluate emerging workplace technologies (e.g., occupancy sensors, booking tools, AI-driven insights) and implement solutions that enhance productivity
  • Benchmark industry trends to evolve our workplace strategy

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, data analytics, consulting, or related fields
  • Experience with hybrid work strategy and space utilization
  • Experience using workplace analytics tools, BI dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), or data modeling
  • Experience with design thinking, change management, or emerging workplace program and technologies
  • Proven experience translating complex data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Experience of prioritizing your workload effectively, successfully managing your time and stakeholders, to achieve your goals
  • Proven experience having successful communication skills
