Job Description

As Global Head of Talent, you’ll own the strategic direction, operational delivery, and long-term growth of our regional Talent Acquisition function. You’ll design and execute a go-to-market plan for talent acquisition and elevate our employer brand, and lead a team of TA Managers and Executive Recruiters to deliver exceptional outcomes. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role where you’ll act as a strategic advisor to the business - building scalable hiring strategies, optimising delivery, and shaping the future of talent at Eucalyptus.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a distributed team of three TA Managers and one to two Executive Recruiters, fostering accountability, trust, and growth
  • Build scalable, data-informed hiring strategies that balance quality, pace, and efficiency across diverse functions
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders globally, driving alignment on workforce planning and organisational design
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for talent acquisition globally, including employer branding initiatives and pipeline development
  • Ensure a world-class candidate experience through operational excellence, process optimisation, and technology enablement
  • Drive hiring outcomes through proactive stakeholder engagement, data insights, and continuous process improvement
