We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual. Reporting into the Ogier Global CEO, this role is responsible for the strategy, leadership, growth, operational effectiveness and risk management of the Private Wealth Service Line for Ogier Global.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and implement the Private Wealth income growth strategy in consultation with key stakeholders
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through proactive business development, maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing clients
  • Leading the service line team across all locations
  • Setting strategic direction, managing team performance, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality client services
  • Attracting, developing, retaining and improving the talent pool and developing succession plans where necessary
  • Financial performance including full P&L responsibility of the service line
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and meeting financial targets
  • Driving innovation in the service line
  • Identifying and supporting the implementation of new products and the effective use of technology and design of processes to enhance service delivery
  • Ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction
  • Managing client relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
  • Undertake client work and mandates, such as Directorships as required
