We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual. Reporting into the Ogier Global CEO, this role is responsible for the strategy, leadership, growth, operational effectiveness and risk management of the Private Wealth Service Line for Ogier Global.

  • Income Growth: Create and implement the Private Wealth income growth strategy in consultation with key stakeholders. Drive sustainable revenue growth through proactive business development, maintaining and expanding relationships with new and existing clients. This includes working closely with Legal SLHs, Ogier Global SLHs, jurisdictional MDs and the Client Development Team to ensure effective identification of opportunities and coordination of BD and marketing activities
  • Leadership: Leading the service line team across all locations. This includes setting strategic direction, managing team performance, and ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality client services. Attracting, developing, retaining and improving the talent pool and developing succession plans where necessary. This includes fostering a positive work environment, promoting professional development, managing performance and supporting the Ogier culture
  • Financial Management: Financial performance including full P&L responsibility of the service line. This includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and meeting financial targets
  • Product and Operational Innovation: Driving innovation in the service line. This includes identifying and supporting the implementation of new products and the effective use of technology and design of processes to enhance service delivery with interaction with key stakeholders such as Business Services
  • Client Service: Ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction. This includes managing client relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Undertake client work and mandates, such as Directorships as required
  • Operational Excellence: Ensuring operational efficiency, effectiveness and consistency. This includes overseeing the consistent implementation of best practices, process improvements, and technology solutions to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction and maintain operational KPIs in line with agreed targets
