Translating business strategy into organisational development roadmap
Defining and evolving Gallagher’s leadership expectations and capability approach
Establishing disciplined approach to workforce planning and talent
Setting direction across the OD portfolio
Leading, coaching and developing the OD team
Partnering with wider people team and senior leaders
Ensuring connected approach across leadership, talent, learning and communications
Monitoring impact and adapting activity as business needs evolve
Requirements:
Senior OD, talent or capability leader
Ability to take broad strategy and turn it into clear, practical action
Pragmatic mindset balancing long-term direction with pace, simplicity and real-world application
Strong judgement and ability to focus effort where it matters most
Experience working closely with senior leaders, challenging thinking and shaping decisions
Track record of building capability in others and growing teams
