Job Description

Bibby Financial Services are growing, and we’re looking for a Global Head of HR to join our team. As Global Head of HR, you’ll lead the HR Business Partnering teams and strategic people initiatives across geographies to align, equip and accelerate the workforce to achieve strategic priorities. You will be partnering to strengthen a high-performing, delivery-focused people function that stays close to and accelerates the business. You’ll balance hands-on leadership and delivery with enterprise-wide thinking, driving change where it matters most. This role is built for an HR leader who has already operated internationally and is ready to step into a role of scale, influence and consequence.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the delivery of the BFS HR function globally, ensuring high quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery across all HR disciplines
  • HR delivery at scale, across different markets, cultures and regulatory environments
  • Elevating and aligning a global HR Business Partner model so it delivers consistent, high-impact support everywhere
  • Major organisational change: organisational redesign, realignment and transformation
  • Ensuring people decisions are commercially grounded, financially sound and operationally deliverable
  • Act as an advisor to BFS' Senior Leaders, providing insight, challenge, and direction on workforce, culture, capability, and organisational effectiveness

  • Champion learning, development, and capability building initiatives, ensuring colleagues have the skills and opportunities needed to grow and perform
  • Maintain a global role architecture, ensuring clarity, consistency, and transparency across all markets
  • Strengthen colleague engagement globally, equipping the HR Business Partners to use insight and data to shape interventions that improve colleague experience, retention, and performance
  • Oversee HR risk management, ensuring proactive identification, mitigation, and reporting of people related risks as part of BFS' enterprise risk management

Requirements

  • Significant experience operating as a senior HR leader within a complex, international organisation, ideally within financial services
  • Proven track record of leading global HR delivery, including oversight of HR Business Partners across multiple geographies
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, collaborate across group structures, and operate effectively in a matrix environment
  • Deep knowledge of reward frameworks, including salary review cycles, incentive schemes, benchmarking, and job levelling methodologies
  • Strong background in talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning, with experience building leadership and specialist pipelines.
