Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced GTM Recruiting Leader to drive all sales recruiting efforts globally across the Americas (AMER), European (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for building world-class sales teams across Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in sales recruiting and a proven track record of scaling high-performing GTM organizations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for all sales and GTM functions across the globe
  • Build high-performing teams: Partner with sales leadership to identify, attract, and hire top talent for Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services roles
  • Scale sales recruiting operations: Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and systems to support rapid growth while maintaining quality of hire
  • Talent pipeline development: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across all sales disciplines
  • Team leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales recruiters and global leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities
  • Stakeholder partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to our CRO and sales leadership, providing market insights, compensation guidance, and talent strategy recommendations
  • Metrics and reporting: Establish key recruiting metrics, track performance against goals, and continuously optimize recruiting effectiveness
  • Employer branding: Collaborate with marketing and talent brand teams to strengthen our employer value proposition in the sales community

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of recruiting leadership experience with a focus on sales and GTM roles
  • Proven track record of building and scaling sales organizations in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in recruiting across multiple sales functions including AEs, SEs, CS, RevOps, and Professional Services
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing recruiting teams
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term planning with tactical execution
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior sales leadership
  • Experience with modern recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, sourcing tools, candidate engagement platforms)
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and sales compensation trends
  • You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you’re curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results
