Within AXA Partners’ B2C e-commerce & digital innovation Department, the Global Head of e-commerce Acquisition plays a key, dual role in the group's growth and visibility. You will be responsible for designing the global acquisition strategy for all B2C websites while simultaneously managing and optimizing operational acquisition campaigns for the global website to attract a qualified flow of visitors. You will need to continuously analyze performance to maximize results and adapt the strategy based on market trends and consumer behavior, both globally and locally. You will actively participate in defining objectives, budget allocation, investment follow-up, and establishing performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Responsibility:
Define, document, and communicate the global B2C acquisition strategy (Principles, Channel Priorities, Data Architecture, etc.) to be deployed by local entities
Establish a global governance framework for acquisition (budget control, technical standards, brand compliance) and ensure alignment of local acquisition initiatives with global strategy and AXA brand guidelines
Supervise and analyze the global performance of local acquisition strategies, identify performance gaps, and serve as the central expert to assist local teams in complex challenges
Lead global acquisition strategy webinars for the B2C community, promoting best practice sharing across countries
Work closely with the central teams (marketing, communication, data expertise) to ensure consistency of actions and requirements
Develop and implement a multi-channel acquisition strategy for central platforms: SEO, GEO, SEA, RTB, social media (organic and paid), influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing & CRM/PRM, etc.
Create, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, bing-ads, META, and other relevant platforms to maximize conversion rates and ROI
Continuously track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other BI tools. Produce regular reports to evaluate profitability and suggest adjustments
Implement A/B testing of acquisition initiatives, experiment with different messages, visuals, and audiences
Manage creative content production with an international scope
Define technical requirements related to digital acquisition and collaborate with IT and Data teams to maximize the platform performance
Plan and control the acquisition budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation
Keep abreast of market developments, analyze competitors, and test new advertising formats or channels to stay innovative
Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in managing digital acquisition campaigns, within the e-commerce or online sales sector, ideally with both experiences on advertiser and agency side
Experience in a global/international strategic coordination role (HQ-to-Local support)
Advanced proficiency with acquisition tools and platforms: Google Ads, META Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, SMM, programmatic advertising, and marketing automation techniques
Significant experience in team management
Strong analytical skills, strategic mindset, and performance-oriented approach
Ability to work in an agile, cross-functional, and international environment
Fluent English and French required (both written and spoken)
